By downloading or using Verbria (the "app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. We've kept them short and human.

Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Verbria on Apple devices you own or control, in line with the App Store Terms of Service and Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also apply to your use of the app.

Verbria Pro & subscriptions

The core of Verbria is free. Verbria Pro is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase, sold through Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Payment is charged to your Apple ID, and Apple's refund policies apply.

Acceptable use

Please don't attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the app, or use it to break the law. The content and design of Verbria are ours and are protected by copyright.

No warranty

Verbria is provided "as is." Definitions and pronunciations are offered in good faith for learning, but we don't warrant that every entry is free of error, and the app is not a substitute for professional or academic reference. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
